This website, ashveiltcg.shop (the "Site"), is operated by ASHVEIL ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Payment Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are recommended for ages 8 and up, and some contain small parts.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We try to display our products, colors, and images as accurately as possible. Your screen may show colors differently, and we cannot guarantee that it will be exact.
  • Booster packs, collector boxes, and collector tins contain randomized cards. We do not guarantee that any pack contains a specific card or rarity. Card contents and artwork may vary.
  • Our products are sold for play and collecting. We make no statement or promise about future resale value or investment value.
  • We may limit the quantity of products sold, discontinue products, or change specifications at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • Prices do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are calculated and shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on US orders over $50.00, and a flat $12.00 shipping fee applies to orders of $50.00 or less, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order was confirmed.
  • Stock is limited. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable.

5. Orders and Payment

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and we will refund any payment taken.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times, costs, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Please read them before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays can occur because of carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Site, including the ASHVEIL name, logo, card artwork, characters (such as the Ember Wolf and Frost Stag), product designs, text, graphics, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing photos of the products you bought, is welcome.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to buy products, collect data, or interfere with the Site.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that disrupts the Site.
  • Resell our products using our name, images, or trademarks in a way that suggests you are affiliated with us.
  • Submit false, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.
